Chris A. Jackson

President & CEO



With over twenty years of domestic and international experience in the EPC, oil & gas, industrial, government and consulting markets, Jackson's responsibilities have included executive management, business development, supply chain consulting, alliances & partnerships, contract negotiations, manpower, disaster recovery, claims, and senior management consulting .  Former assignments have included President of Allied Infrastructure, VP Corporate Development for Far East Energy, EVP of Quality Technologies, Business Analyst with AT Kearney / EDS, and various Supply Chain positions with Bechtel Corporation.   As President of Galaxy Products, Jackson will lead the strategic direction of the company including business development, supply chain oversight and contract negotiations.

With over forty four (45) years of experience in the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) industry, including oil & gas, chemicals, nuclear, power, pipeline and civil infrastructure industries.  Jackson's responsibilities have included senior executive management postions, project management, business development, supply chain operations, claims management, Quality & continuous improvement and productivity management implementation.  Former assignments have included COO for The Shaw Group, VP Procurement for Bechtel Corporation, President & COO for Far East Energy, CEO of Global Supply Group (a Bechtel/EDS joint venture), and more.  As EVP, Jackson is responsible with project implementation, alliances and partnerships.

John C. Mihm

Executive Consultant



John C. Mihm has served as a director and Board of Directors for Far East Energy since 2004.   He served on the board of eProjectManagement and HNNG, and also served as HNNG's Chief Operating Officer. From 1964 until his retirement in 2003, Mr. Mihm worked for Phillips Petroleum Company, now known as ConocoPhillips, Inc., in various management positions, finally serving as Senior Vice President of Technology and Project Development.   Mr. Mihm's career includes over 20 years of work experience in China on offshore development and onshore coalbed methane exploration / unconventional gas, working closely with China National Petroleum Corporation, CNOOC and SINOPEC on several joint ventures and employee development programs.   He is a past board member of The Society of Petroleum Engineers and the ASME Foundation.  Mr. Mihm is a registered professional engineer in Texas and Oklahoma and earned a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Texas Tech University and serves on or has served on advisory boards at Texas Tech University, Oklahoma State University, University of Tulsa, University of Texas, Colorado School of Mines, Georgia Tech and University of Trondheim.​
